Energy System Development (ESD) sessions are a combination of interval work on the Bike, Rower, Ski Erg, Sled and Running. These sessions are designed to increase power, speed and VO2 Max. This means improving your overall work capacity, enabling you to work harder and stronger, whilst improving your ability to recover from extended work and remain focused on the task at hand.
Time to burn, firm, tone and sculpt your body using body-weight and resistance exercises to target your Abs, Butt and Thighs. This 45 minute class will leave you dripping.
45 minutes of high-intensity boxing. This class utilises 6 hanging bags, boxing shields and functional training. All boxing gear is supplied.
Bi-weekly Fundamentals classes run through the basics of stretching, strength and cardio. In this slow-paced class, you will get to breakdown movements incorporated in our Lift and Fit 'n' Flex classes. Ideal for everyone interested in perfecting their technique and improving their strength and fitness.
The aim of this class is to stretch and recover the body from the previous training sessions. Using a combination of stretches, foam rolling and trigger point balls, it is the perfect way to end a big week of training and prepare your body for the week ahead. This class will align directly with the Lift and Fit 'n' Flex Classes.
Our Main Event Saturday workouts hit every muscle in the body! Your strength, stability, power, speed, endurance, agility, and flexibility will be tested. Intense intervals of cardio and strength training are alternated to provide a total body workout and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
Our End Game or Team Challenge will be something new and different each week. It requires great effort and determination. Working alongside your friends to reach a set target, this class is all about being a team player!
This Pilates class will give you a balanced approach to fitness. It is a total body conditioning class that combines breathing, stretching and strengthening to achieve optimal posture. This 45 minute class is designed to leave you feeling aligned & relaxed.
