Here is what to expect at BCHP;
Our philosophy of High Performance Training is to treat every individual as if they were an athlete. Athletes follow specific programs in their training to help them reach a certain goal or desired outcome. They train alongside multiple coaches that all work on developing performance in their area of expertise. The training includes a mix of:
1. Strength and Conditioning Program - Fitness, Heart Health and Breathing + Functional Strength, Toning and Gaining Lean Muscle
2. Nutrition Program - Work alongside our nutrition specialists to get your diet on track
3. Recovery Program - Assists in muscle growth and allows you to train at your peak
